The Armenian Apostolic Church has filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee.
The Church has asked the court to invalidate Customs Inspection Act No. 0011-A, dated April 14, 2026, issued by the Post-Clearance Control and Inspections Department, as well as Decision No. 41/22, dated June 11, 2026, of the Tax and Customs Authorities Appeals Commission of Armenia’s State Revenue Committee, insofar as it concerns Customs Inspection Act No. 0011-A of April 14, 2026, Pastinfo reports.
The lawsuit has been assigned to Administrative Court Judge Yelena Arakelyan.
The court has admitted the lawsuit for proceedings and decided to consider the case under a written procedure.
