Armenia recorded 32 accidents in industrial processes in 2025, resulting in the deaths of four people, according to data published by the Statistical Committee.
By sector, the highest number of accidents was recorded in mining, with 13 cases. Eleven accidents were reported in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply sector, Panorama.am reported.
Another four cases each were recorded in manufacturing and in water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities.
Of the incidents, 17 were recorded in Yerevan, two in Aragatsotn Province and another 13 in Syunik Province.
