ICRC to support RA authorities in addressing needs of families of those missing since Karabakh conflict
Sixteen years after a ceasefire agreement was signed that put an end to Karabakh conflict, the impact of the conflict on the families of missing persons is still acutely felt, the International Committee of the Red Cross said.
