In the course of a meeting with OSCE Minsk Group new US Co-Chair Steven Mann NKR Foreign Minister Ashot Gulian stated it was necessary to create conditions for participation of Karabakh in the talks over settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. As reported by Mediamax agency, the meeting of Gulian and Mann took place in the NKR Permanent Representation in Yerevan April 19. At the instance of S. Mann, A. Gulian confirmed the US steadfastness in promoting the Karabakh settlement process within the OSCE MG framework. He also stated about his intention to visit Nagorno Karabakh in the course of a recurrent visit to the region.
