ARMENIAN PRESIDENT TO ADDRESS PACE

Armenian President Robert Kocharian is to pay a working visit to Strasbourg, where he will address the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and response to PACE deputies’ questions on June 24. As reported in the RA President’s press office, during the visit the Armenian leader is expected to meet with PACE President Peter Schieder, Council of Europe Secretary General Walter Schwimmer, chairman of the European Court of Human Rights Luzius Wildhaber and Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik. R. Kocharian will also be present at the opening ceremony of the CE exhibition dedicated to Norwegian researcher and philanthropist and friend of the Armenian people Fridtjof Nansen.
