Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on holding Year of Russia in Armenia and Year of Armenia in Russia, the Press Service of the Russian President reported. It should be noted that the Year of Russia in Armenia will open at the State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater in Yerevan today, March 25. The Presidents of Russia and Armenia will be present at the ceremony.
