AN ARMENIAN HIJACKING CARS ARRESTED IN MOSCOW

Moscow law enforcement bodies arrested 23-year-old Armenian citizen who made a living by hijacking cars. As reported by “Arminfo” agency according to “Moskovskiy Komsomolets” Russian newspaper, the hijacker introducing himself as a real customer stole the cars before the owners’ very eyes. Due to the data of the operative staff, he used to find advertisements of car sale and arrange with the owner for the purchasing. On the day the deal has been appointed he asked the owner to get out of the car in order to test the bargain and getting into the car hijacked it at a very high speed. At the same time he also often took the owner’s mobile phone and documents remaining in the car. It is as well reported that the hijacker was in the international search.
