When in Baku, Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov was told about Azerbaijan’s “concerns about possible use of Russian armaments by Armenians,” Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasily Istratov told a news conference in Baku. He said that the Russian armament is under control of Russian servicemen and Azerbaijan doesn’t need to worry.
“Besides, in response to Baku’s concerns, I affirm that Russian military goods are not mounted in Karabakh,” the Ambassador said adding that Russia is not going to build a second army base in Armenia either, Day.az reports.
