Stepanakert doesn’t doubt the OSCE Minsk Group’s intention to resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, NKR President said.
“The problem is that Baku’s position and Nagorno Karabakh’s non-participation in talks hamper the peace process,” Bako Sahakyan told reporters today.
“Nagorno Karabakh Republic is an independent state. We have suffered heavy losses and people of Artsakh know that they must defend their homeland,” he said.
