NKR National Assembly has adopted a statement on the latest developments in the Karabakh conflict settlement process.
The statements says that Azerbaijan protracts talks in order to resume hostilities and alter the military balance in the region. It also says that Azerbaijan casts a doubt on international efforts to establish peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
