The members of the Armenian delegation observed the May 23 parliamentary elections in majority of polling stations in NKR, secretary of the Republican Party of Armenia said.
“We can firmly say that the elections were organized at a high level,” Eduard Sharmazanov told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
“The people of Artsakh proved commitment to democratic values. Irrespective of how they voted, they strengthened the independence and sovereignty of their country,” he said. “No violations were fixed. The elections were exemplary for neighbor countries, specifically for Azerbaijan.”
