Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and his Kazakh counterpart, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Kanat Saudabayev discussed the Karabakh conflict settlement process during a meeting in Astana.
“We considered efforts essential to alleviate tensions in the process,” Saudabayev told journalists upon completion of talks, Trend News reported.
