Tomorrow is the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the declaration of independence by the Supreme Soviet of Armenian Soviet Republic. This fact marked the start of the reestablishment of Armenian State system, finished by the declaration of independence according to the results of referendum September 21. Tomorrow the grand opening ceremony of the memorial plaque placed on the elevation of the building, where the Armenia’s parliament had meeting ten years ago will take place. The text, engraved on the plaque, states “the Declaration of independence of Armenia was adopted in this building August 23,1991”.
