President of NKR Arkady Ghukasian’s decree discharged the chief of the state board of national security of NKR David Ohanian in accordance with his own claim. Another decree of the head of the country nominated Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic Bako Sahakian as chief of the state board of national security of NKR. And Armen Isagulov is appointed Minister of Internal Affairs. Isagulov is included in the Security Council of NKR.
