The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Audronius Azubalis has extended the mandate of Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO for the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh, ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, for a year.
Andrzej Kasprzyk has been fulfilling the duties since January 1997.
