Two incidents were reported in the Azerbaijani armed forces over the past two days.
According to intelligence of the NKR Defense Army, another incident was registered in а strongpoint of the Azerbaijani armed forces.
Spokesperson for the NKR Defense Army Senor Hasratyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that as a result of unsafe grenade handling, four Azerbaijani servicemen were wounded in the incident.
“The fact that 8 were killed and 5 wounded in the incidents recorded over the past two days proves that the command of the Azerbaijani armed forces does not control the situation in its own army,” he said.
Earlier Azerbaijani media reported about an incident in the Azerbaijani armed forces’ military unit, in which a soldier shot down seven servicemen in a military base located in the western part of Azerbaijan, in Goy Gol region. A similar incident was recorded in January 2010, when two soldiers shot down four officers.
