Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with his Croatian counterpart, Andrej Plenković, to discuss expanding cooperation between Armenia and Croatia.
The two leaders recalled their meeting during the eighth European Political Community summit in Yerevan, where a joint declaration on strategic dialogue was signed.
Both sides expressed confidence that the declaration marked an important milestone in bilateral relations and laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Pashinyan and Plenković emphasized the importance of strengthening trade and economic ties. In this context, they highlighted the business forum held earlier this year and the importance of implementing the agreements reached.
During the meeting, the leaders also exchanged views on the development of Armenia-European Union cooperation and the progress of democratic reforms being implemented in Armenia.
The two sides additionally discussed regional developments and issues aimed at further consolidating peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Pashinyan is in Brussels on a working visit. He will participate in the EU Enlargement Summit 2026, organized by Euronews under the theme “The Future of Europe.”
