Chairman of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic National Assembly standing committee on foreign relations Vahram Atanesyan said that the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen continuously refrain from arriving in Nagorno Karabakh during their visits to the region, as they have nothing to tell official Stepanakert.
“The weather conditions cannot eternally hamper a visit of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen. It means that the mediators have nothing to tell Karabakh and they avoid meetings with the NKR leadership,” Vahram Atanesyan told a press conference in Yerevan.
