Within the framework of the visit to the South Caucasian region OSCE chairman-in-office, foreign minister of the Netherlands Jaap de Hoop Scheffer will arrive in Armenia October 21. As earlier stated by the diplomat, “within the period of presidency at the OSCE in 2003 the Netherlands will make every possible effort to settle conflicts available in the Caucasus.”
