Today the Armenian parliament ratified the International Convention for Suppression of Terrorist Bombings. As reported by RA minister of Justice David Harutyunian, producing the document to the deputies, the convention regulates the relations between the states in the struggle against illegal circulation and usage of blasting assemblies. The exception is for the cases when the criminals are the citizens of the country, in which the terrorist act was committed.
