Permanent representatives of Armenia and Sierra Leone in the UN Armen Martirossian and Joe Robert Pegambi signed in New York the protocol on establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries. In the conversation that took place after the document had been signed, the parties pointed out the existence of pre-conditions for establishing cooperation in the spheres of culture and education as well as import and brilliant processing.
