ARMENIAN AND FRENCH LEADERS TO DISCUSS KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

April 25 Armenian President Robert Kocharian will leave for France on a working visit, the press service of the President reported today. One of the main topics of the negotiations the Armenian leader will hold with French President Jacques Chirac will be settlement of the Karabakh conflict, in which France actively participates as one of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. Along with that, the Presidents will discuss matters of bilateral relations. April 25 evening Robert Kocharian and the First Lady will be present at a concert of Charles Aznavour in the Paris Palace of Congresses, devoted to the 80th anniversary of the famous French singer of Armenian origin. April 27 the delegation headed by the President will leave Paris for the Polish capital of Warsaw to take part in a working sitting on the Caucasus and to meet with forum Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab. Within the framework of the forum Kocharian will have conversations with Polish and Georgian Presidents Aleksander Kwasniewski and Mikhail Saakashvili.
