Armenia’s representatives will not take part in the sitting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO) member-states held in Baku. As reported by Baku sources, Azerbaijani foreign minister deputy Mahmud Mamedkuliyev stated that ” the Armenian party did not substantiate the refusal”. To remind, Armenian FM deputy Ruben Shugarian took part in analogous conference in Baku last fall.
