The recurrent meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan over settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be held in the Kazakh capital of Astana upon the completion of the summit of the CIS countries in September, Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Merzlyakov told Baku media. In his words, the time and the venue of the recurrent meeting of the Presidents was decided at a recent meeting of Robert Kocharian with Ilham Aliyev in Warsaw.
