US President’s National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice will discuss prospects of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict during her coming visit to Moscow. “Along with Russia we are trying to settle a range of conflict situations. I think we are to some degree disappointed we have not managed it in the Nagorno Karabakh case,” the Advisor said. In Rice’s words, the issue, which has a negative impact on Armenia and Azerbaijan in economic and political respects, has become “too protracted.”
