Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian today met with head of the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Solomon Passy in Istanbul. As reported by Mediamax news agency, the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be the main topic of their conversation. V. Oskanian is also expected to meet with the head of the Foreign Ministry of the Netherlands. It should be reminded that today the Armenian Minister will address the Summit of the Council of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership in Istanbul.
