Armenia is ready to actively participate in post-war humanitarian measures in Iraq, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Ruben Shugarian stated in Yerevan today. In his words, the stance of official Yerevan is conditioned by the availability of the 30-thousand Armenian community in Iraq, as well as the state interests of Armenia. The Deputy Minister stated that the talks over the sending of Armenian medical officers, drivers and sappers are over in general and technical details are being discussed at present.
