A delegation of the Defense Ministry of Armenia headed by Minister Serge Sargsian was present at the opening of the Russian Expo Arms in Nizhny Tagil July 7. As reported by Regions.ru, an Azeri delegation, headed by the President’s aide for military issues, represented the CIS along with the Armenians. According to the source, representatives of 42 countries expressed willingness to visit the exhibition. In the words of Minister of International and Foreign Economic Relations of Sverdlovsk region Victor Koksharov, the majority of foreign guests can be viewed as potential purchasers of Russian military equipment.
