French citizen Michael Tankrese has arrived in the Nagorno Karabakh capital of Stepanakert for permanent residence along with his family. Nagorno Karabakh President Arkady Ghukasian had a meeting with him yesterday. As reported by the Press Service of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic President, in the course of the conversation M. Tankrese said he wished to use his knowledge and skills for the benefit of the young republic. It should be noted that Michael Tankrese has been visiting Nagorno Karabakh with humanitarian missions since 1993.
