On the initiative of Deputy Speaker of the House of Lords of the British Parliament Caroline Cox HART philanthropic organization is formed with offices in the UK and US. As reported by C. Cox at a meeting with the Nagorno Karabakh President in Stepanakert, the organization will deal with questions of providing humanitarian aid to the population of various countries of the world, including Nagorno Karabakh.
