Armenian parliamentarians will participate in NATO Parliamentary Assembly Rose Road seminar, scheduled in Baku November 26-28, stated head of the Azeri delegation to the NATO PA, Milli Mejlis Vice-Speaker Zayafet Askerov. In his words, Armenian parliamentarians are not military men, thus their visit to Baku will not cause serious protest. It should be noted that the seminar had been postponed since 2003.
