Yesterday Armenian President Robert Kocharian met with special representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, former Bulgarian Prime Minister Phillip Dimitrov. As reported by the Press Service of the Armenian leader, in the course of the conversation questions of Armenia-OSCE relations and Karabakh conflict settlement were discussed.
