The spontaneous solution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not possible: serious efforts by international organizations are necessary. Executive Director of the London Information Network on Conflicts and State-building (LINKS) Dennis Sammut stated it at a meeting with Vice-Speaker of Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan Ziyafet Askerov. He also considered necessary to form conditions for participation of the Armenian delegation in NATO Rose Road seminar in Baku. Z. Askerov in his turn stated the seminar will be held, as both the Government and the Parliament of Azerbaijan are interested in it.
