Upon the conclusion of the sitting of the CIS Ministers of the Interior, held in Kiev September 29-30, the ministers signed an agreement on collective measures of fight against terror. Armenian Police Chief Hayk Harutyunian signed the document as the representative of Armenia. It should be noted that among the measures of struggle against terror the agreement notes the working out and putting into practice such engineering means that would allow to follow the movement of persons, which may be implicated in commitment of crimes.
