AZERI PARLIAMENT SPEAKER FOR PARTICIPATION OF ARMENIAN DEPUTIES IN NATO PA SEMINAR IN BAKU

Speaker of the Parliament of Azerbaijan Murtuz Aleskerov is for participation of Armenian deputies in the Rose-Roth NATO Parliamentary Assembly seminar to be held in Baku in November. “Representatives of over 30 countries arrive for the seminar. I do not object against representatives of the Armenian Parliament,” the Milli Mejlis Speaker stated at a briefing, Interfax agency reported. He reminded that Azerbaijani and Armenian parliamentarians are in contact during forums within the frameworks of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, Council of Europe, OSCE and other international organizations in third countries. “I suppose their arrival is not the arrival of the military. They are civilians and they are also deputies,” the Azeri Parliament leader said.
