During the first day of the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe the Azeri delegation submitted to the PACE secretariat a claim to expel Armenia from the CE. As Azeri delegation member Rafael Huseynov told the 525 newspaper the document “On expulsion of Armenia from Council of Europe”, sent to the Committee of Ministers, records of the “seized territories” and 1 million refugees as well as expresses Azerbaijan’s discontent with Armenian President Robert Kocharian’s speech at the PACE summer session.
