Armenia has to take practical steps, as Azerbaijan cannot make concessions any more, stated Azeri President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with Reuters news agency. He called the international community to be more active in “restoring the justice and realization of the 4 UN Security Council resolutions,” putting pressure upon Armenia for their fulfillment. “When we see and make sure that the continuation of the talks is meaningless, we will discontinue them,” he stated.
