Besides official discussions over the Karabakh problem, representatives of Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh, Russia, US and Azerbaijan have been meeting in Moscow for already 4 years under the OSCE aegis. As reported by RFE/RL, the discussions are held behind closed doors. The general conclusions of the round table, organized in Moscow within the Dortmund conference and having public status, will then be presented to the parties to conflict and the mediators as proposals. As stated by Karabakh political scientist David Babayan participating in the meeting, the round table is the only place where Karabakh representatives meet with Azeris face to face.
