Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe President Peter Schieder and Secretary General Bruno Haler took part in the meeting of the heads of the Armenian, Azerbaijani and Georgian delegations to PACE on October 5. As Azeri delegation head Samrd Seidov stated, during the conversation it was proposed to hold a meeting of the youth of the three South Caucasian states with the participation of representatives of Nagorno Karabakh, Abkhazia and Southern Ossetia in Georgia. According to Turan news agency, the Azeri side stated of the inadmissibility of participation in such measures unless Armenians quit the “seized territories of Azerbaijan.”
