Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov is arriving in Baku on a 2-day official visit today. In the course of the negotiations the parties are expected to consider a number of regional issues as well as the Karabakh settlement within the frames of the OSCE Minsk Group. To note, Bulgaria is presiding in the organization at present.
