Bulgaria will continue its activities as Chair of the OSCE for the settlement of the Karabakh conflict, Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov stated at a press conference in Baku yesterday. He said he sees the role of his country “in activation of measures for peaceful settlement of the conflict.” Specifically, he said he was for expansion of “the parameters and the plan of actions of the Minsk Group.” The Bulgarian leader also welcomed the dialogue between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
