Russian companies of cellular communication show interest towards Armenia, Minister of Transport and Communication of Russia Igor Levitin stated in the course of a press briefing yesterday. He noted that in case Armenia announces open competitions to attract foreign companies to the cellular communication market, Russia will participate in it without fail.
