Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian convened a working conference to discuss Armenia’s meeting commitments to CE. In the course of the conference Vice Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Tigran Torosian presented the process in the area of law reformation and the schedule the obligations are being fulfilled. In part, as regards to the Election Code the Venice Commission has expressed its views, on the basis of which the Code will be completed. As Robert Kocharian noted “we should specify what he have done so far and adopt a new schedule”. In President’s words, it will only remain to deal with the package on constitutional reforms on referendums.
