OSCE MONITORING OF CONTACT LINE BETWEEN ARMED FORCES OF KARABAKH AND AZERBAIJAN REGISTERED NO BREAKS

The monitoring, held by the OSCE mission at the contact line of the Armed Forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan on Thursday, did not register any breaks of the cease-fire regime, Azeri Defense Ministry Spokesman colonel Ramiz Melikov told “Novosti” Russian news agency. It should be noted that the monitoring was held at the Armenian-Azeri border at the territory of Bala Jafarli settlement of the Kazakh region of Azerbaijan. Field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Kenneth Pickles and Peter Keay held the monitoring from the Armenian side. From the Azeri one Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk along with field assistants Imre Platinus and Miroslav Vymetal participated in the monitoring.
