BOOK DEVOTED TO PROSPECTS OF INTEGRATION OF SOUTH CAUCASUS ENERGY SYSTEMS CAME OUT

In a book devoted to the prospects of integration of electric energy systems of the South Caucasus 4 options of Armenia’s role in the energy system of the region are presented. First, Armenia can become a center of electric power production and export. Second, Armenia can become a dispatching center of interstate electric energy systems. Third, Armenia can become a center for training and retraining specialists. Fourth, the country can provide South Caucasian companies with opportunities of participation in inter-regional projects. The publication of the book, called Efficient Ways of Integration of Electric Power Systems of South Caucasus and funded by the Eurasia Foundation, is the outcome of joint work of Armenian, Georgian and Azeri specialists. The book presentation took place today.
