The Armenian government decided on privatization of the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum plant CJSC. 60% stocks will be sold to Chronomet German company, the rest will be purchased by Armenian enterprises: 15% will pass to Pure Iron Plant Public Corporation while Armenian Molybdenum Production CJSC and Zangezur Mining Ltd. will acquire 12.5% each. The agreement on the complete sale of the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum plant is to be signed till the end of the year.
