The OSCE missionaries, who arrived in Nagorno Karabakh to familiarize themselves with the situation in the territories of the safety belt, met with NKR Foreign Minister Arman Melikian. To remind, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and a group of experts headed by Emil Haber serve on the mission. During the meeting A. Melikian stressed that the visiting of the safety zone will allow getting an objective idea of the conditions the refugees and forced immigrants live in.
