It is premature to speak of quartering peacekeepers in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict region, Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian stated when commenting on the statement by the Ukrainian leadership on readiness to send peacekeepers to Karabakh. “After the settlement of the conflict there can emerge such a necessity, however it is premature to speak of it at the present stage of negotiations”, the RA FM said, IA Regnum reports.
