“The OSCE Minsk Group failed to display proper activity in the Karabakh conflict settlement”,
Lithuanian Saeima President Arturas Paulauskas, who is on formal visit in Armenia, stated, Yerkir Online reports. In his words, active participation of international structures is essential for the resolution of regional conflicts. Mr. Paulauskas noted that the purpose of his visit is to get familiarized with the situation on the South Caucasus. He also said that the Baltic states can share the cooperation experience with Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan noting of the possibility of 3+3 cooperation.
