Today Secretary of the National Security Council at the President of Armenia, Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan met with Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Yuri Baluyevsky, Spokesperson of the Armenian MOD, colonel Seyran Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net. The parties discussed matters referring to regional security programs and implementation of agreements over military and technical cooperation within the CSTO. Besides, the interlocutors discussed social problems of servicemen of the 102nd Russian military base situated in Armenia.
